How it works
- Activate Thermopod's second ability by sacrificing another creature, adding .
- Korvold's second ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it and causing you to draw a card.
- Nadir Kraken triggers, causing you to pay 1 to put a +1/+1 counter on it and create a 1/1 Tentacle creature token.
- Repeat.
This engine turns the sheer predatory hunger of Korvold, Fae-Cursed King into a self-sustaining sacrifice loop by feeding creatures to Thermopod for red mana. Every time a creature hits the bin, Korvold's triggered ability steps in to draw you a card, which in turn awakens Nadir Kraken to pay a mana, grow larger, and spawn a fresh 1/1 blue Tentacle creature token to replace the one you just lost. Because Thermopod lets you recycle those very Tentacles for more fuel, the loop feeds itself while fattening up your board with endless triggers and growing your dragons and Krakens to astronomical proportions.
