How it works

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Cloud of Faeries.
2. Sigil of the New Dawn and Deathrender trigger.
3. Resolve Sigil of the New Dawn's trigger, paying 1 to return Cloud of Faeries from your graveyard to your hand.
4. Resolve Deathrender's trigger, putting Cloud of Faeries from your hand onto the battlefield and attaching Deathrender to it.
5. Cloud of Faeries enters the battlefield, triggering itself, untapping two lands you control that can produce 1.
6. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability from step 1, causing target player to mill three cards.
7. Repeat.
