How it works

1. Cast Rite of Replication with kicker by paying 7, creating five token copies of Vedalken Infuser.
2. At the beginning of your next upkeep, each Vedalken Infuser triggers, putting three charge counters on Magistrate's Scepter and three charge counters on any artifact(s).
3. Activate Magistrate's Scepter's second ability by tapping it and removing three charge counters from it, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
4. Repeat from step 2 each turn.

This cunning loop starts by supercharging your board with Rite of Replication, kicking it to flood the battlefield with five token copies of Vedalken Infuser. With that many artificers on the field, the steady growth from each Vedalken Infuser's upkeep trigger easily handles Magistrate's Scepter's heavy demands, continuously loading it with charge counters. Once properly fueled, you simply cash in those counters via Magistrate's Scepter's second ability to take infinite turns, locking your opponents out of the game entirely.
