How it works

1. Activate Yahenni by sacrificing Accomplished Automaton.
2. When Accomplished Automaton dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
3. When Accomplished Automaton enters, its fabricate ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
4. Resolve the Yahenni ability.
5. Repeat.

This engine relies on Eirdu, Carrier of Dawn // Isilu, Carrier of Twilight to grant your creatures persist, turning every sacrifice into a recurring loop. When you sacrifice Accomplished Automaton to Yahenni, Undying Partisan, the Automaton's persist ability returns it to the battlefield, where its fabricate ability immediately triggers to place a +1/+1 counter on it. Because state-based actions instantly cancel out that new +1/+1 counter against the -1/+1 counter from persist, the Accomplished Automaton is left completely clean of counters and ready to be sacrificed all over again.
