How it works

1. Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Ugin's Nexus, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
2. When Ugin's Nexus is sacrificed, it is exiled instead of being put into your graveyard, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
3. Move to your next turn.
4. Activate Isochron Scepter by paying 2 and tapping it, casting a copy of Pull from Eternity without paying its mana cost.
5. Resolve Pull from Eternity, putting Ugin's Nexus from exile into your graveyard.
6. Cast Ugin's Nexus from your graveyard by paying 5.
7. Repeat.

By sacrificing Ugin's Nexus to the hunger of Bartolomé del Presidio, you bypass its normal demise to trigger its replacement effect, exiling it to earn an extra turn. This is where Isochron Scepter comes in, holding a replicated Pull from Eternity that lets you reach into exile and fish Ugin's Nexus right back out into your graveyard. From there, Muldrotha, the Gravetide steps in to anchor the loop, allowing you to replay Ugin's Nexus straight from the graveyard so you can feed it to Bartolomé del Presidio all over again.
