How it works

1. Activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing any other non-Spirit creature.
2. When the creature dies, Requiem Angel triggers, creating a 1/1 Spirit creature token that enters the battlefield as a copy of Essence of the Wild.
3. Resolve the Bloodflow Connoisseur ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
4. Repeat.

This loop turns your battlefield into a self-replicating engine by combining Bloodflow Connoisseur's free sacrifice outlet with the passive replacement effect of Essence of the Wild, which ensures that every creature you play or create immediately enters as a massive copy of itself. Whenever you sacrifice a non-Spirit creature to feed the Connoisseur, Requiem Angel triggers upon its death to generate a fresh 1/1 Spirit token. Because of Essence of the Wild, that token instantly enters as another copy of the Essence rather than a humble 1/1, providing a brand-new non-Spirit body ready to be sacrificed over and over again to pump your Bloodflow Connoisseur to infinitely large proportions.
