How it works

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Ebondeath, adding CC.
2. Pitiless Plunderer and Wilhelt triggers.
3. Resolve the Pitiless Plunderer triggers, creating a Treasure token.
4. Resolve Wilhelt's triggers, creating a 2/2 Zombie creature token.
5. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Zombie token, adding CC.
6. Pitiless Plunderer triggers, creating a Treasure token.
7. Activate two Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing those, adding .
8. Cast Ebondeath from your graveyard by paying 2.
9. Repeat.

This elegant loop turns the cycle of undeath into an engine for infinite mana and resources. You begin by using Ashnod's Altar to sacrifice Ebondeath, Dracolich, generating the colorless mana you need while simultaneously triggering Pitiless Plunderer to mint a Treasure token and Wilhelt, the Rotcleaver to replace your fallen dragon with a 2/2 decayed Zombie. When you subsequently sacrifice that token to Ashnod's Altar, the Plunderer provides another Treasure, leaving you with enough raw materials and mana to cast Ebondeath straight back out of your graveyard and repeat the entire dance indefinitely.
