How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Thran Dynamo by tapping them, adding CCC.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Thran Dynamo.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This ingenious loop sets up an endless engine of spells and resources, fueled entirely by blinking our lands and artifacts. We cast Ghostly Flicker to exile both Mystic Sanctuary and Thran Dynamo, and when they return to the battlefield, Thran Dynamo taps for a massive burst of colorless mana while Mystic Sanctuary's landfall ability conveniently returns the very same Ghostly Flicker from our graveyard back to the top of our library. Meanwhile, Madame Web, Clairvoyant not only lets us peer at our library's top card at any time, but crucially grants us the ability to cast that recycled Ghostly Flicker right off the top of our library.
