How it works
- Activate Thran Dynamo by tapping it, adding CCC.
- Activate Urza by paying 6, creating two token copies of Thran Dynamo that are 1/1 Soldiers in addition to their other types.
- Activate both Thran Dynamo tokens' abilities by tapping them, adding six C.
- Repeat from step 2.
This elegant mana-multiplication engine turns Urza, Prince of Kroog's expensive copy ability into a self-sustaining loop by leveraging the immense output of Thran Dynamo. Because Urza's activated ability costs six mana, you need the massive influx of colorless mana generated by tapping your Dynamos to keep the process going. Meanwhile, Mondrak, Glory Dominus quietly supercharges the whole operation by doubling the number of Thran Dynamo tokens created with each iteration, quickly filling your board with an army of accelerated, mana-producing machines. Once your forces have multiplied, the static blessing of Akroma's Memorial steps in to grant this massive horde of 1/1 Soldier artifact creatures haste, flying, trample, and other devastating combat keywords, ensuring they can sweep across the battlefield immediately.
