How it works

1. Activate up to five lands by tapping them, adding at least 2.
2. Cast Peregrine Drake by paying its mana cost.
3. When Peregrine Drake enters, it triggers twice. Resolve the first trigger, untapping five lands.
4. Holding priority, activate up to five lands by tapping them, adding at least 2.
5. Resolve the second Peregrine Drake trigger, untapping five lands.
6. Cast Stonecloaker by paying its mana cost.
7. When Stonecloaker enters, it triggers twice, returning it and Peregrine Drake from the battlefield to your hand.
8. Repeat.

This brilliant loop lets you generate infinite mana and trigger counts by taking advantage of Peregrine Drake's land-untapping entry and a clever self-bouncing rescue mission. Normally, you'd need multiple pieces to pull this off, but Elesh Norn, Mother of Machines doubles your entry triggers so that a single Drake can untap ten lands instead of five. Meanwhile, Stonecloaker arrives with flash to instantly scoop both itself and the Drake right back to your hand, resetting the entire engine for cheap.
