How it works

1. Activate up to five lands by tapping them, adding at least 2.
2. Cast Peregrine Drake by paying its mana cost.
3. When Peregrine Drake enters, it triggers twice. Resolve the first trigger, untapping five lands.
4. Holding priority, activate up to five lands by tapping them, adding at least 2.
5. Resolve the second Peregrine Drake trigger, untapping five lands.
6. Cast Whitemane Lion by paying its mana cost.
7. When Whitemane Lion enters, it triggers twice, returning it and Peregrine Drake from the battlefield to your hand.
8. Repeat.

The engine relies on Elesh Norn, Mother of Machines doubling up your enter-the-battlefield triggers, allowing a single cast of Peregrine Drake to net extra land untaps that easily cover your costs. From there, you drop Whitemane Lion—whose own doubled entry trigger bounces both itself and the Drake back to your hand—so you can recast them indefinitely, generating infinite mana, storm, and creature triggers along the way.
