How it works

1. Cast Mana Severance by paying 1, searching for all land cards in your library, exiling them and shuffling your library.
2. Cast Selective Memory by paying 3, exiling the rest of your library.
3. Activate Jace's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, causing target player to mill two cards and you to win the game due to drawing from an empty library.
