How it works

1. During an opponent's turn, cast the 0-cost creature in your hand by paying 0.
2. Glen Elendra Pranksters triggers, returning the other 0-cost creature from the battlefield to your hand.
3. Resolve the spell from step 1.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop turns zero-mana artifacts into a storm-generating engine by taking advantage of instant-speed permissions. With Heliod, the Radiant Dawn // Heliod, the Warped Eclipse granting you flash, you can cast your cheap artifacts during an opponent's turn, which in turn triggers Glen Elendra Pranksters to bounce your other creature back to your hand. You can endlessly alternate casting Memnite and Shield Sphere, looping the bounce trigger to rack up infinite creature enters-the-battlefield, leaves-the-battlefield, and storm count.
