How it works
- Activate Lithatog by sacrificing Memnite.
- Cast Memnite from your graveyard by paying 0. It will not enter with a finality counter on it due to Solemnity.
- Repeat.
This loop turns a simple zero-mana artifact into an engine of endless triggers by exploiting a brilliant interaction between the graveyard and the battlefield. **Memnite** costs nothing to cast, allowing it to hit the graveyard and immediately return to play thanks to the recursion granted by **Leonardo, Sewer Samurai**. Normally, **Leonardo, Sewer Samurai** would tag the returning creature with a finality counter, but **Solemnity** steps in to completely shut down counters of any kind from being placed on your permanents. This leaves the path wide open to endlessly sacrifice **Memnite** to **Lithatog**, pumping its power and toughness to astronomical heights while generating an infinite stream of sacrifice, death, and enter-the-battlefield triggers.
