How it works
- Declare the creature with Breath of Fury attached and Adeline as attackers.
- Adeline triggers, creating a creature token.
- Deal combat damage using the creature that has Breath of Fury attached.
- Breath of Fury triggers, causing you to sacrifice the creature it is attached to, then attach Breath of Fury to the creature token, then causing you to untap all creatures you control and to get an additional combat phase after this one.
- Repeat each combat phase.
This vicious loop turns Adeline, Resplendent Cathar and a modest board into an endless succession of combat phases, fueled entirely by the aggressive pressure of Kratos, God of War granting haste and double strike. When the creature enchanted with Breath of Fury strikes a player, the Aura demands its sacrifice, only to immediately jump to the fresh token Adeline generated during the attack—while untapping your entire team in the process. Because Kratos, God of War provides haste, every single token that enters the battlefield is immediately ready to join the fray in the next combat phase, driving Adeline's power to dizzying heights and letting Breath of Fury repeat the cycle infinitely.
