How it works

1. Cause Bloom Tender to become an artifact using Thran Forge.
2. Activate Bloom Tender by tapping it, adding at least 3
3. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying 2, untapping Bloom Tender.
4. Repeat from step 2.

This elegant loop hinges on transforming our mana dork into an artifact so it can be repeatedly untapping itself. By activating Thran Forge, we grant Bloom Tender the artifact type it needs to become a legal target for Voltaic Construct. Once the Tender has been forged, tapping it with its own ability yields a flood of colored mana, more than enough to cover the untap cost required by Voltaic Construct. We then simply use that generated mana to untap Bloom Tender and repeat the cycle as many times as we desire, yielding an infinite mana supply of every color among our permanents.
