How it works

1. Activate Benthic Biomancer by paying 1, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
2. Benthic Biomancer triggers, causing you to loot.
3. Queza triggers, causing you to gain 1 life and target opponent to lose 1 life.
4. Archangel of Thune triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.
5. Repeat from step 2.

It all begins when you activate Benthic Biomancer, whose adapt ability places a +1/+1 counter and triggers its own looting effect to draw and discard a card. That drawn card immediately rouses Queza, Augur of Agonies, draining an opponent's life total while padding your own. That sudden gain in life is caught by Archangel of Thune, whose static lifelink and passive trigger distribute a fresh +1/+1 counter across all your creatures—including Benthic Biomancer itself—resetting the whole cycle and letting you repeat the cascade indefinitely.
