How it works

1. Cast Retraction Helix by paying , targeting any creature you control without summoning sickness.
2. Cast the permanent by paying 0.
3. Chakram Retriever triggers, untapping the creature targeted by Retraction Helix.
4. Activate the creature targeted by Retraction Helix by tapping it, returning the permanent cast in step 2 from the battlefield to your hand.
5. Repeat from step 2.
