How it works

1. Activate Umbral Collar Zealot by sacrificing the persist creature.
2. When the persist creature dies, it and Harvester of Souls trigger.
3. Resolve the Harvester of Souls trigger, causing you to draw a card.
4. Resolve the persist creature's trigger, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
5. When the persist creature enters the battlefield, Olivia triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on the persist creature and causing you to discard a card.
6. Resolve the Umbral Collar Zealot ability.
7. Repeat.

This loop transforms a persist creature into an endless engine by using Umbral Collar Zealot as the sacrifice outlet to send it to the graveyard, where its native ability immediately returns it. As it re-enters, Olivia, Mobilized for War steps in to grant a +1/+1 counter—which conveniently cancels out the creature's incoming -1/-1 counter so it can persist again—while simultaneously giving you a chance to discard. Finally, Harvester of Souls watches the continuous stream of dying creatures to turn the entire cycle into a massive card-drawing machine.
