How it works

  1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Su-Chi.
  2. When Su-Chi dies, it triggers, adding CCCC.
  3. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to Su-Chi's power.
  4. Activate Epitaph Golem by paying 2, putting Su-Chi on the bottom of your library from your graveyard.
  5. Activate Grenzo by paying 2, putting Su-Chi into your graveyard from the bottom of your library, and then putting it onto the battlefield.
  6. Repeat.

This clever loop turns a graveyard into a revolving door by leveraging Grenzo, Dungeon Warden's ability to cheat creatures directly from the bottom of your library into play. To keep the engine fueled, Epitaph Golem constantly recycles fallen threats back to that exact spot, ensuring you never run out of targets. Meanwhile, sacrificing Su-Chi to Altar of Dementia generates enough colorless mana from Su-Chi's own death trigger to pay for both the Golem and Grenzo's activations with mana left over, while simultaneously milling out your opponents.
