How it works

1. Cast Dark Ritual by paying , adding .
2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Shipwreck Dowser, adding one mana of any color.
3. When Shipwreck Dowser dies, The Cauldron of Eternity triggers, putting Shipwreck Dowser from your graveyard onto the bottom of your library.
4. Activate Grenzo by paying 2, putting Shipwreck Dowser from the bottom of your library into your graveyard, and then putting it onto the battlefield.
5. When Shipwreck Dowser enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Dark Ritual from your graveyard to your hand.
6. Repeat.
7. Once you have infinite mana, you may activate Grenzo's ability any number of times.

This elegant loop centers on Grenzo, Dungeon Warden dipping into the bottom of your library to cheat out creatures, backed up by The Cauldron of Eternity's passive ability that ensures any creature that dies is conveniently tucked right back where Grenzo can reach it. By sacrificing Shipwreck Dowser to Phyrexian Altar, you generate the mana needed to fuel Grenzo's ability while simultaneously triggering Shipwreck Dowser's entrance effect to retrieve Dark Ritual from your graveyard. Casting Dark Ritual then provides a burst of mana and triggers Shipwreck Dowser's prowess, temporarily bumping its power so it easily meets Grenzo's power restriction.
