How it works

1. Activate [[Permanent with "Pay Mana: Put target card from your graveyard on the bottom of your library"]] by paying 2, putting Threefold Thunderhulk on the bottom of your library from your graveyard.
2. Activate Grenzo by paying 2, putting Threefold Thunderhulk into your graveyard from the bottom of your library, and then putting it onto the battlefield.
3. When Threefold Thunderhulk enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating three 1/1 Gnome artifact creature tokens.
4. Activate Phyrexian Altar four times by sacrificing Threefold Thunderhulk and the Gnomes, adding 4.
5. Repeat.

This ingenious loop relies on turning mana and graveyard recycling into an endless parade of mechanical might. By leveraging Sundering Archaic to tuck your fallen threats back to the bottom of the library, Grenzo, Dungeon Warden can repeatedly cheat them back into play for a mere two mana. When Threefold Thunderhulk hits the battlefield, its power surges to trigger a flood of Gnome artifact creature tokens, which you then feed directly into Phyrexian Altar to generate the exact mana needed to keep the entire engine spinning.
