How it works

1. Animate Pyramid of the Pantheon using Toymaker.
2. Activate Pyramid of the Pantheon by tapping it, adding three mana of any color
3. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying 2, untapping Pyramid of the Pantheon.
4. Repeat from step 2.

To pull off this ambitious transmutation, Toymaker first plays the role of the animator, transforming Pyramid of the Pantheon into an artifact creature so it can bypass normal activation restrictions and tap to generate a massive burst of three mana. Once the Pyramid is primed and glowing, Voltaic Construct steps in to fuel the eternal engine, paying a modest two-mana fee from the bounty to untap the Pyramid and repeat the process indefinitely. Because Pyramid of the Pantheon scales up to produce a surplus of mana once it has accumulated enough brick counters, this loop turns Voltaic Construct's untap ability into a self-sustaining generator of infinite colored mana.
