How it works

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing another creature.
2. When the creature dies, Eloise's first ability triggers, and Eloise's second ability triggers if the creature was a token.
3. Resolve the first Eloise trigger, creating either a 2/2 Cat or a 3/1 Dog creature token due to Jinnie Fay.
4. Resolve the second Eloise trigger, if applicable, causing you to surveil 1.
5. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to the sacrificed creature's power.
6. Repeat.
