How it works

1. Activate a permanent by tapping it, adding at least .
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying due to Hinata, blinking Returned Pastcaller and the permanent tapped for mana in step 1.
3. When Returned Pastcaller enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop is centered around Hinata, Dawn-Crowned, whose ability discounts spells you cast by {1} for each target, allowing you to cast Ghostly Flicker for just a single blue mana. When you target both a mana-producing permanent and Returned Pastcaller with Ghostly Flicker, the flicker sequence resets your resources while Returned Pastcaller’s entrance trigger reaches back into your graveyard to return Ghostly Flicker right to your hand. Because Hinata's cost reduction makes the spell so cheap to recast, you can repeat this cycle endlessly to generate infinite triggers and effects.
