Cast Time Warp by paying its mana cost, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Returned Pastcaller.
When Returned Pastcaller and Mystic Sanctuary enter the battlefield, they trigger.
Resolve the Returned Pastcaller trigger, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
Resolve the Mystic Sanctuary trigger, putting Time Warp from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
Move to your next turn, drawing Time Warp during your draw step.
Repeat.
This elegant loop bends time to your absolute will, granting you infinite turns once your mana sources are aligned. By casting Time Warp, you claim an extra turn right out of the gate, while Ghostly Flicker serves as the engine that resets your battlefield. Each time you cast Ghostly Flicker, it blinks both Mystic Sanctuary and Returned Pastcaller; this allows Returned Pastcaller's entry trigger to fish Ghostly Flicker back out of your graveyard, while Mystic Sanctuary's static-turned-triggered ability conveniently places Time Warp right on top of your library for your next draw step.
