How it works

1. Deal combat damage to an opponent using a Rogue.
2. Activate Mystic Sanctuary by tapping it, adding .
3. Cast Notorious Throng by paying its mana cost, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
4. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Returned Pastcaller.
5. When Returned Pastcaller and Mystic Sanctuary enter the battlefield, they trigger.
6. Resolve the Returned Pastcaller trigger, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
7. Resolve the Mystic Sanctuary trigger, putting Notorious Throng from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
8. Move to your next turn, drawing Notorious Throng during your draw step.
9. Repeat.

On your ensuing extra turn, you simply draw Notorious Throng for your draw step, cast it to repeat the process, and lock your opponents out of the game with infinitely recurring turns.
