How it works

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Golgari Thug.
2. When Golgari Thug dies, it triggers, putting it from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
3. Cast Golgari Thug from the top of your library by paying 2 life.
4. When Golgari Thug enters, Healer of the Pride triggers, causing you to gain 2 life.
5. Repeat.

This loop turns your library into an endless revolving door by leveraging the clever synergy between Phyrexian Altar and Golgari Thug. Each time you sacrifice the Thug to the Altar, its own triggered ability places it right back on top of your library so that Gwenom, Remorseless can let you recast it directly from the top by paying its life cost instead of mana. Meanwhile, Healer of the Pride sits on the battlefield turning every single one of those creature entries into a net-neutral or positive life cushion to offset Gwenom's toll, allowing you to endlessly cycle the Thug for infinite mana, death triggers, and storm count.
