How it works

1. Cast Secret Salvage by paying 3, exiling Persistent Petitioners from your graveyard and causing you to search your library for all copies of Persistent Petitioners in your library and put them into your hand.
2. Syr Konrad triggers, dealing 1 damage to each opponent.
3. Move to your cleanup step, causing you to discard down to your maximum hand size, ensuring to discard as many copies of Persistent Petitioners as possible.
4. Syr Konrad triggers for each creature card discarded this way, dealing that much damage to each opponent.
5. Activate Tormod's Cryptkeeper by tapping and sacrificing it.
6. When Tormod's Cryptkeeper dies, Syr Konrad triggers, dealing 1 damage to each opponent.
7. Resolve the Tormod's Cryptkeeper ability, exiling your graveyard.
8. Syr Konrad triggers for each creature card exiled this way, dealing that much damage to each opponent.

By casting Secret Salvage, you tutor up every copy of Persistent Petitioners from your library directly into your hand, setting up a massive hand-size overflow during your cleanup step. When you are forced to discard those creatures, Syr Konrad, the Grim weaponizes the graveyard-bound cards to rain damage down on your opponents. To complete the loop, sacrificing Tormod's Cryptkeeper completely wipes your graveyard, triggering Syr Konrad yet again for every single creature card that departs.
