How it works

1. Activate Orzhov Basilica and up to three other lands by tapping them, adding at least 4.
2. Activate Adagia by paying 3 and tapping it, creating a token copy of Treachery that is legendary attached to any creature.
3. If you control two legendary Treachery permanents, put one into your graveyard due to the legend rule.
4. The Treachery token's enter-the-battlefield ability triggers, untapping Adagia, Orzhov Basilica and up to three other lands.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop hinges on Adagia, Windswept Bastion's ability to churn out token copies of powerful enchantments once it is adequately stationed. By using Orzhov Basilica and your other lands to fund the activation cost, you can repeatedly deploy a legendary token copy of Treachery to steal a creature. Because the token enters the battlefield, its trigger untaps Adagia, Orzhov Basilica, and your remaining lands to refund your mana, while the legend rule immediately cleans up the excess Treachery copies without fuss.
