How it works
- Cast Plague of Vermin by paying 6 and choosing to pay any amount of life, creating that many 1/1 Rat creature tokens.
- Activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing a Rat.
- When the Rat dies, Vindictive Vampire triggers, dealing 1 damage to each opponent and causing you to gain 1 life.
- Resolve the Bloodflow Connoisseur ability.
- Repeat from step 2 as able.
