How it works

1. Declare Brago and Combat Celebrant as attackers, choosing to exert Combat Celebrant as it attacks.
2. Combat Celebrant triggers, untapping all other creatures you control and to get an additional combat phase after this one.
3. Deal combat damage to an opponent using Brago.
4. Brago triggers, blinking Combat Celebrant.
5. Repeat each combat phase.

This elegant setup turns a legendary king into a perpetual motion machine of extra attacks, fueled by the aggressive momentum of Combat Celebrant and the frictionless battlefield granted by Mass Hysteria. Because Mass Hysteria gives all creatures haste, the newly returned Combat Celebrant can immediately be declared as an attacker and exerted again in the next combat phase. Meanwhile, Brago, King Eternal connects in combat to exile and blink Combat Celebrant back to the battlefield, resetting its exertion restriction entirely. This creates an endless loop of extra combat phases, continuous enters-the-battlefield triggers, and infinite opportunities to strike down your opponents.
