How it works

1. Activate Troubled Healer by sacrificing a land.
2. Play the land from your graveyard.
3. Repeat.

This vintage-legal Vintage loop transforms the self-damage of Fastbond into a mechanical engine by redirecting the burden to Troubled Healer. Normally, Fastbond punishes you with damage for playing extra lands beyond your first, but Troubled Healer bypasses this entirely by sacrificing that very same land to prevent the incoming damage. From there, Ramunap Excavator steps in to bridge the loop, letting you continuously replay the sacrificed land from your graveyard to fuel Troubled Healer over and over again.
