How it works

1. Activate Zombie Infestation by discarding two cards, creating a 2/2 Zombie creature token.
2. When the Zombie enters the battlefield, Doom Weaver's soulbond ability triggers, pairing it and the Zombie.
3. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Zombie, adding CC.
4. When the Zombie dies, it triggers, causing you to draw cards equal to its power.
5. Repeat.

This loop transforms a modest hand of cards into an unstoppable engine, fueled entirely by Doom Weaver and its soulbond static ability granting massive card draw whenever a paired creature dies. By using Zombie Infestation to repeatedly churn out 2/2 tokens at the cost of discarding cards from your hand, you feed fresh fuel directly into the mechanism. Each time a token hits the battlefield and pairs with Doom Weaver, you can immediately feed it to Ashnod's Altar to generate the colorless mana needed to keep the cycle going. As the sacrificed tokens trigger Doom Weaver's death ability, you draw deep into your library, easily finding the exact resources you need to sustain the self-discard loop and overwhelm the table.
