How it works

1. Activate Umbral Collar Zealot by sacrificing the persist creature.
2. When the persist creature dies, it triggers twice, once from its persist ability and once from the ability granted to it by Doom Weaver.
3. Resolve the first trigger, causing you to draw a card.
4. Resolve the persist trigger, returning the creature from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
5. When the persist creature enters the battlefield, Olivia and Doom Weaver's soulbond ability trigger.
6. Resolve the Olivia trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on the persist creature and causing you to discard a card.
7. Resolve the Doom Weaver trigger, pairing it and the persist creature.
8. Resolve the Umbral Collar Zealot ability.
9. Repeat.

This clever loop uses Umbral Collar Zealot as a recurring sacrifice outlet to constantly recycle a persist creature into the graveyard and back. Doom Weaver is the engine's reward, granting its paired creature a death trigger that lets you draw cards whenever it hits the graveyard. Meanwhile, Olivia, Mobilized for War steps in every time the creature re-enters the battlefield, letting you offset the persistent -1/-1 counter with a fresh +1/+1 counter while converting your draws into endless self-discard triggers.
