How it works

1. All slivers have haste.
2. Tap a Sliver to generate 1.
3. Use that mana to create a Sliver with Sliver Queen's ability.
4. Use the newly created Sliver to repeat the cycle.

Sliver Queen anchors the whole loop by translating that mana right back into a fresh Sliver token. Because Heartstone reduces the activation cost of creature abilities by {1}, Sliver Queen's token-making ability drops from two mana down to just one, creating a self-sustaining loop that floods the board with an infinite army of Slivers and unlimited creature enters-the-battlefield triggers.
