How it works

1. At the beginning of your upkeep, Court of Embereth triggers.
2. Holding priority, activate Emergence Zone's second ability by paying 1, tapping and sacrificing it, allowing you to cast spells this turn as though they have flash.
3. Cast Storm Herd by paying 8, creating a number of 1/1 Pegasus creature tokens equal to your life total.
4. Resolve the Court of Embereth trigger, creating a 3/1 Knight creature token, then dealing damage to each opponent equal to the number of creatures you control.
5. Each opponent whose life total is less than or equal to the number of creatures you control loses the game due to having 0 or less life.

This clever setup turns your life total into a lethal army right at the start of your turn, all enabled by the flash-granting sacrifice of Emergence Zone during your upkeep. With that instant-speed capability unlocked, you cast Storm Herd to flood the board with a massive flock of flying Pegasus tokens scaled directly to your life total. That sudden surge of bodies perfectly primes Court of Embereth, whose monarch status and upkeep trigger immediately leverage your newly enlarged army to blast each opponent for lethal damage alongside an extra Knight token.
