How it works

1. Cast Capture of Jingzhou by paying its mana cost, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
2. Activate Dust Bowl by paying 3, tapping it and sacrificing Mystic Sanctuary, destroying a nonbasic land.
3. Play Mystic Sanctuary from your graveyard.
4. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Capture of Jingzhou from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
5. Move to your next turn, drawing Capture of Jingzhou during your draw step.
6. Repeat.

This loop achieves near-infinite turns by leveraging Perennial Behemoth, which grants you the crucial ability to play lands directly from your graveyard. You cast Capture of Jingzhou to secure an extra turn, then use Dust Bowl to sacrifice Mystic Sanctuary, sending the land into the graveyard so it can be replayed. Because you control enough Islands, Mystic Sanctuary enters the battlefield untapped and triggers, allowing you to place Capture of Jingzhou right back on top of your library to draw and cast on your next turn.
