How it works

1. Cast Time Walk by paying its mana cost, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
2. Activate Dust Bowl by paying 3, tapping it and sacrificing Mystic Sanctuary, destroying a nonbasic land.
3. Play Mystic Sanctuary from your graveyard.
4. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Time Walk from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
5. Move to your next turn, drawing Time Walk during your draw step.
6. Repeat.

This Vintage-legal engine achieves near-infinite turns and locks opponents out of the game by recycling Time Walk through a repeatable land-sacrificing loop. The key enabler is Perennial Behemoth, whose static ability allows you to play lands directly from your graveyard, turning your graveyard into an active land hand. By utilizing Dust Bowl to sacrifice Mystic Sanctuary, you clear the way while sending the sanctuary back to the yard; when you replay Mystic Sanctuary so it enters untapped, its triggered ability places Time Walk right back on top of your library to be drawn on your next turn.
