How it works

1. Gain life.
2. Sunbond triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Scurry Oak.
3. Scurry Oak triggers, creating a creature token.
4. When the creature token enters the battlefield, Ajani's Welcome triggers, causing you to gain 1 life.
5. Repeat from step 2.

This delightful loop turns the simple act of gaining life into an escalating engine of growth and swarming tokens. Once you enchant Scurry Oak with Sunbond, every instance of life gain transforms into a massive infusion of +1/+1 counters on the tree-folk. Those counters immediately satisfy Scurry Oak's second ability to manufacture a 1/1 green Squirrel creature token, which in turn feeds Ajani's Welcome to trigger yet another life gain event—restarting the cycle and growing your creature larger with every iteration.
