How it works

1. Activate the creature by tapping it, dealing damage to an opponent's creature.
2. The opponent's creature dies due to deathtouch, triggering the second ability granted by Thornbite Staff, untapping your creature.
3. Repeat until all opponents' creatures die.
4. Repeat each time a creature enters the battlefield under an opponent's control.

By outfitting any creature with Lavamancer's Skill, you grant it a direct damage-dealing tap ability that gets supercharged into a lethal two-damage strike if your creature happens to be a Wizard. Layering Gorgon's Head onto that same creature introduces deathtouch, meaning even a single ping of damage is enough to instantly kill any creature it hits. Finally, Thornbite Staff ties the whole package together by capitalizing on those deaths: every time a creature perishes, its second ability untaps your equipped creature, allowing you to repeat the carnage endlessly and establish a total lock on the board whenever opponents try to deploy new threats.
