How it works

1. Activate the creature by tapping it, dealing damage to an opponent's creature.
2. The opponent's creature dies due to deathtouch, triggering the second ability granted by Thornbite Staff, untapping your creature.
3. Repeat until all opponents' creatures die.
4. Repeat each time a creature enters the battlefield under an opponent's control.

This lethal setup turns any creature into a one-man firing squad by combining three distinct items of equipment and enchantment. Once you equip Thornbite Staff and Gorgon Flail while enchanting the creature with Lavamancer's Skill, its tap ability gains the lethal touch of deathtouch alongside the Staff's direct-damage capability. Every time the enchanted creature pings an opponent's creature, the resulting deathtouch kill triggers Thornbite Staff to automatically untap it. Because the Staff resets the creature whenever *any* creature dies, it creates a persistent lockdown that wipes the board clean the moment anything else tries to enter the battlefield.
