How it works

1. Cast Omarthis either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 0.
2. Omarthis enters the battlefield and dies as a state-based action due to having zero toughness.
3. Mortuary triggers, putting Omarthis on top of your library from your graveyard.
4. Repeat.

This infinite loop relies on playing Omarthis, Ghostfire Initiate for zero mana so that state-based actions immediately send it to the graveyard. When that happens, Mortuary catches Omarthis on its way and places it right back on top of your library. From there, Garruk's Horde steps in to let you cast creature spells directly from the top of your library, allowing you to seamlessly restart the entire cycle and generate infinite creature entries, exits, and storm count.
