How it works
- Activate Leyline of Abundance by paying 6, putting four +1/+1 counters on each creature you control due to Lae'zel and Vorinclex.
- Activate Devoted Druid's first ability by tapping it, adding .
- Leyline of Abundance triggers, adding .
- Activate Devoted Druid's second ability by putting a -1/-1 counter on it, untapping Devoted Druid.
- Repeat from step 2 three additional times.
- Repeat from step 1.
This explosive loop relies on Devoted Druid's ability to constantly untap itself by placing -1/-1 counters on its own body, which would normally kill the creature. However, Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider and Lae'zel, Vlaakith's Champion completely rewrite the math of counter placement, ensuring that when you activate Leyline of Abundance's massive mana sink ability, your creatures are flooded with an overwhelming surplus of +1/+1 counters that instantly erase those detrimental drawbacks. With that protective engine established, you simply tap Devoted Druid for green mana, let Leyline of Abundance double your green production thanks to its passive mana-boosting trigger, and use the Druid's self-untap ability to generate an infinite mana and infinitely large creature loop.
