How it works

1. Cast Fractured Identity by paying 3, exiling Immortal Coil and causing each opponent to create a token copy of it.
2. Activate Lantern of the Lost by paying 1, tapping it and exiling it, exiling all cards from all graveyards and drawing a card.
3. Each opponent's Immortal Coil triggers, causing them to lose the game.

This deliciously cruel setup begins by using Fractured Identity to exile your own Immortal Coil, generously handing token copies of it to each of your opponents while removing your own copy from the equation. Because an Immortal Coil's deadly clause—causing you to lose the game if your graveyard ever empties—applies to its controller, you simply need to orchestrate a graveyard-emptying event for everyone else. That's where Lantern of the Lost comes in; by activating its final ability, you wipe all cards from all graveyards simultaneously, immediately triggering each opponent's Immortal Coil and abruptly ending the game in your favor.
