How it works

1. Cast Fractured Identity by paying 3, exiling Nine Lives and causing each opponent to create a token copy of it.
2. Nine Lives leaves the battlefield, however you cannot lose the game due to Gideon of the Trials's emblem.
3. Cast Merciless Eviction by paying its mana cost, exiling all enchantments.
4. When each opponent's Nine Lives leaves the battlefield, they each trigger, causing each opponent to lose the game.

This clever combo turns the inherent danger of Nine Lives entirely against your opponents by weaponizing its final leave-the-battlefield trigger.
