How it works

1. Activate Dream Trawler by discarding a card.
2. Curator of Mysteries triggers, causing you to draw a card due to Eligeth.
3. Resolve the Dream Trawler ability.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop transforms a simple self-discard into an explosive self-contained engine, fueled entirely by the synergy between your creature threats and your library manipulation. When you discard a card to activate Dream Trawler's ability and grant it hexproof, Curator of Mysteries triggers to initiate a scry 1; however, Eligeth, Crossroads Augur’s static replacement effect steps in to turn that scry into drawing a card instead. Because drawing that card triggers Dream Trawler's pump ability, you not only filter through your entire deck and pump Dream Trawler to astronomical power, but you also net an endless stream of draw, discard, and rummaging triggers to find whatever finisher you need.
