How it works

1. When an opponent controls an untapped creature, activate a mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding at least 1.
2. Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, targeting the mana-producing permanent.
3. Curator of Mysteries triggers, causing you to scry 1.
4. Elvish Mariner triggers, causing you to tap an untapped creature an opponent controls.
5. Hylda of the Icy Crown triggers, causing you to pay 1 to scry 2 and draw a card.
6. Elvish Mariner triggers, causing you to tap nothing.
7. Resolve the Mind Over Matter ability from step 2, untapping the permanent.
8. Repeat as desired.

This loop creates a self-sustaining engine by turning the discard cost of Mind Over Matter into a cascade of card advantage and board control. Whenever you discard to untap your mana source, Curator of Mysteries triggers to let you scry 1, which in turn causes Elvish Mariner to tap an opponent's creature and trigger Hylda of the Icy Crown; paying {1} into Hylda's ability lets you scry even more and draw a card to keep your hand fully stocked. Through this clever sequence, the scry actions fueled by Curator of Mysteries and Hylda of the Icy Crown continuously feed Elvish Mariner's ability to lock down your opponents' boards while you filter through your library.
