How it works

1. Activate Tawnos's second ability by paying 1, tapping it and sacrificing two artifact tokens, exiling Village Bell-Ringer from your graveyard and creating a token copy of it that is an artifact in addition to its other types.
2. When the Village Bell-Ringer token enters, it triggers, untapping all creatures you control.
3. Activate Tawnos's first ability by paying 2 and tapping it, creating a copy of the Village Bell-Ringer token and causing you to mill two cards.
4. When the Village Bell-Ringer token enters, it triggers, untapping all creatures you control.
5. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing a Village Bell-Ringer token, adding CC.
6. Repeat from step 3.

This looping engine begins by using Tawnos, Solemn Survivor to resurrect Village Bell-Ringer from the graveyard as an artifact copy, relying on its entry trigger to untap your board. From there, Ashnod's Altar converts your excess bodies into the colorless mana needed to fuel Tawnos's first ability, which replicates the artifact copy of Village Bell-Ringer over and over again. Each iteration of this cycle keeps Tawnos and your creatures constantly refreshed and ready for action, generating an endless stream of sacrifice and entry triggers while steadily milling your library.
