How it works

1. Activate Tawnos's second ability by paying 1, tapping it and sacrificing two artifact tokens, exiling Sky Hussar from your graveyard and creating a token copy of it that is an artifact in addition to its other types.
2. When the Sky Hussar token enters, it triggers, untapping Tawnos.
3. Activate Tawnos's first ability by paying 2 and tapping it, creating a copy of the Sky Hussar token and causing you to mill two cards.
4. When the Sky Hussar token enters, it triggers, untapping Tawnos.
5. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing a Sky Hussar token, adding CC.
6. Repeat from step 3.

This ingenious alchemy hinges on Tawnos, Solemn Survivor acting as the master replicator, using its sorcery-speed ability to materialize an initial copy of Sky Hussar exiled from your graveyard. Once that first Sky Hussar token hits the battlefield, its enters-the-battlefield trigger untaps Tawnos, setting up an endless loop where Tawnos can continually copy the Hussar token with its first ability while Ashnod's Altar converts the excess tokens into raw colorless mana to sustain the loop.
